Overview
In this module, participants will discover various types of learning, including, active learning, problem-based learning, group learning, and the active lecture. Activity design is the 2nd of the 3 phases of the Backwards Design Model. Participants will have opportunities to apply these learning methods by creating descriptions of learning activities in their Course Mapping Worksheet.
To begin, review any of the recommended resources on module topics below and complete the Active Lecture on the next page.
