Set-Up Your Lighting
- Good lighting is an easy way to make your video look professional and many times you can use something around the house.
- Don’t sit in front of a window with your back to it, you could use the window’s natural light by facing it, but be mindful of what is in your background.
- Diffuse the lighting to avoid shiny areas on your head and face, you can pull the light back or put something over it.
- If you wear glasses, you may need to work a bit to get rid of the glare.
- If you are using your laptop or a webcam we do not recommend a green screen. If you have a real camera setup COE can work with you to get the best video.
