What is a Zoom Breakout Room and when should I use it?
Zoom Breakout rooms are small group meetings within a larger Zoom meeting. This permits students to meet in smaller groups. Breakout rooms allow you to split your Zoom meeting in up to 50 separate sessions. You can choose to split your students into separate sessions automatically or manually, and you can switch between sessions at any time. Use breakout rooms to encourage small group discussions and to facilitate group projects.
